The Etnokulturos propagavimo centrascentras is a non-governmental cultural institution. They organise cultural exchange between dance groups and musicians and international festivals in the Vilnius region. They also organise local projects connected with ethno-culture.

All personnel are volunteers. There are eight voluntary workers catering for about 100 learners or members of the organization. So far, the institution founded in 2001 has developed five local projects on cultural exchange and two regional projects. For this institution, the current project will be the first one at a trans-national level.
