The University of Brighton is a higher-education institution with
3000 staff and 18000 students. The School of Languages has a track record of
teacher training in the field of languages at masters and diploma levels for
a long time. It is also a centre of excellence in the use of the new technologies
in language courses. Several European languages are taught regularly in the
School. The School has a multi-cultural environment having a policy of employing
native speakers for teaching and having many students from all over the world.
